Welcome! Let me introduce you to our Custom Silk Floral Arrangement Design Center, how it works, some custom products we've made for others and the simple process we follow to ensure your satisfaction with the piece we design with you.
The process is very simple and only requires you to select some items, like the container or specific flowers, and then we go to work and create your custom silk floral arrangement.
Steps in the Process:
Determine your container preference. This is optional if you prefer to leave it up to the designer when creating your piece.
View other Custom Arrangements we've made. This is optional but usually will give you a general idea of what type or style of arrangement catches your eye.
Fill out the Custom Design Form and Submit. If you are unsure how to answer any of the questions or prefer to have the designer create something based on your color scheme and description of the room - feel free to note that and we'll be happy to create a one-of-a-kind silk floral arrangement for your home or someone else's home. If the piece is for a special occasion and you'd like the flowers to be representative of the feeling or meaning of the occasion we can incorporate the appropriate stems. The meanings of flowers are often very relevant to a piece but, again, it's all up to you.
I will contact you within 2 business days. I can contact you by email or by phone, whatever you prefer and we can discuss what type of arrangement you have in mind.
We will create a "mock-up" arrangement. A "mock-up" is an arrangement that can be manipulated, added to, and generally changed based on your preferences. At this point in the process I will be able to quote you a price for the arrangement and we can continue to design the piece.
You approve the arrangement and the price. Your approval will be required before an arrangement will be shipped or your credit card is charged.
Your custom silk floral arrangement is shipped. Typically, within 5 business days of your approval.
A $50 deposit is required if we proceed to the "mock-up" stage of the process. During this time stems are cut, glued, and manipulated in the arrangement. The deposit will be deducted from your final arrangement price.
If you have paint chips, carpet samples, wood sample, or photos please note that in the design form and we'll respond with an office address or email address to send them to.
