Shipping and Returns

Shipping
Shipments take approximately 4-10 days by UPS ground delivery unless you request an alternative shipping method. Shipping areas include the United States only.

IMPORTANT

  • Most orders are shipped within 72 hours after purchase except Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
  • We do not ship to PO Boxes or FPO/APO addresses
  • 2nd Day Air packages are delivered by the end of the 2nd business day (not weekends)
  • Extra shipping charges may apply if an incorrect shipping address is provided
  • We do not guarantee shipping arrival time

    International Shipments
    We do not ship internationally at this time.

    Sales Tax
    All Minnesota residents are required to pay sales tax on products purchased through our Website.

    Return Policy
    If you're not satisfied with our product for any reason, return it within 14 days from the original purchase date on your invoice. All returned product must be in original selling condition and include original packaging and tags or no refund will be given. As soon as we receive the returned product, we'll refund you the total cost of the product less shipping and handling fees. Custom made products are not able to be returned. Refunds will be credited to your credit card account within 30 days of receipt.

    When returning a product, you must email your order invoice (or copy of the email statement) along with your name, address and contact information via the Contact Us form below.

    Damaged Merchandise
